Top- aphi, kappa, chi omega
Upper mid: sk, axid
Lower mid: dg
Bottom: piphi, aopi
(No ranks in the tiers!!!)

Any chapter that has to COB is automatically not in top tier.... alpha phi is terrible now put them down with dg and xi
