Honest Ratings (and why)

Tier 1:
Sigma Chi- tight group of guys who throws good parties.

Phi Psi- It's hard not to be on top with that house and view.

Phi Sig- Possibly the best house and they always show good numbers.

Beta- Mid sized but always throws down. That house doesn't hurt them either.



Tier 2:
Fiji- really tight group but not as well known.

Sigma Nu- started off rough but proved themselves by owning KA's house while KA still lived there.

TKE- throws down but house sucks



Tier 3:
Pi Kapp- go back to jersey

SAE- I never see you guys throw down

PIKE- they have high numbers and always win philanthropies but no house.




Tier 4:
Phi Delt- Nobody knows who you are.

KA- nice house but struggling to survive.

Sammy- again, who are you

Theta Chi- low numbers and you guys let a bunch of randos in your parties.



Anybody who I missed is irrelevent

The truthful rankings

Tier 1:
Theta Chi-tight group of chill guys, nice house great parties.

Sigma Alpha Mu (Sammy)- over the past 5 years these guys have been moving to the top. Really great classy respectful guys. Great parties

Beta-NIce house good guys that always throw down. Great house.

Phi Sig- Amazing house with great quality and a lot of quantity of guys

Tier 2:
TKE- Nice house, A little douchy but most of the guys are nice. Definitely NOT the classiest bunch of guys.

Fiji-Nothing stands out at first glance. Really small group but extremely tight. These guys are respectful and classy but doesn't throw down that much.

SAE-These guys have a decent house but they're so generic with their polos and lacoste. They parties are ok with decent numbers.

Phi Psi-A lot of them are townies from morgantown. There kinda douchy but some guys are gems. They have an amazing house but their not that classy and don't have good date parties or socials.

tier 1: SAE, Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, Pike
tier 2: Theta Chi, Tke, Phi Sig, Fiji, Kappa Sig
tier 3: Ka, Sigma nu, Sig ep, phi delt

None of these rankings should actually be taken seriously. Not to discredit anybody or anything.

Everybody knows you're a bottom tier; you don't have to keep self-rating and then going on every other fraternity's page and giving them all 1's. You're not fooling anybody.

while this is all fun to read, its also nonsense. the fraternities here could do a much better job tearing up sororities if they had as much time to waste as the people above.
