The fact that everyone made quota is great but if a chapter is under campus total a house can still offer bids.

It could be either Pi Beta Phi or Alpha Omicron Pi(aoii). Everyone made quota. However, either one can have more members since they did get a lot of girls who graduated not too long ago.
