people don't like pi beta phi?

I don't understand why pi phi is considered a bottom tier house. They were very sweet and diverse and do a lot with their philanthropy. Like what makes them so less desirable?seems whack

Pi phi use to take every single girl just to make numbers. That’s why they have a bad rep. However I’ve heard from one of their members that they’ve become more selective and it shows because their girls look better than they have in years. Good luck.
