minors at lambda??

Just drunk freshman. They just looked really young hence the underage rumor.

Police were in the area shutting down parties and cracking down on drunk people. Police were just arresting a bunch of underage people particularly freshman who clearly had alcohol in their system. Police being the police in Morgantown. The girls were drunk so they got arrested.
