Let's be real here. These are the honest rankings. There's clear tiers but for the most part every fraternity is different so it's apples and oranges.
No order in tier
Top:
Sigma Chi
Phi Sig (The REAL Phi Sig)
Theta Chi
Phi Psi

Upper middle:
Alpha Sig
SAE
Phi Delt
KA

Lower Middle:
Lambda
Sigma Nu
Pi Kapp
Pike

Bottom:
SigEp
AGR
PSP (Not the real Phi Sig)
Delta Chi or whatever you get the point
