transfer student

Hi I am going to be a sophomore at WVU this fall. I went to UM my freshmen year, took a gap year, and will be returning as a college student as a sophomore at WVU. What are the chances of me getting into a good tier house, preferably Alpha Phi, KKG, DG? I am decent looking, good style I'd say, and shy at first but im very outgoing
