as fair as it gets

A lot of tearing down on this website and it needs to stop. These are unbiased honest and positive things about each frat/ rankings

1. Phi Sig- a big Mansion, girls love with them, insane parties, most popular on campus
2. Sigma Chi- really good dudes , close brotherhood, great sorority relations
3. SAE- just moved into the nicest house on campus so a lot of potential they got going for them, they get decent pledges too
4. Theta Chi- I really couldn’t think of anything positive
5. Pike- one of the houses with coolest brothers and girls love them
6. Phi Psi- big mansion, really popular guys, when they do throw down they look like they have big fun parties
7. KA- really good looking house on frat row, cool guys 1 on 1 when they are not together
8. Alpha Sig- massive party room to throw fun parties in, nice looking house
9. Phi Delt- most involved on campus, just moves into sig eps house which is a top 3 looking house. Might be most underrated frat. Think they will do well moving into that nice house
10. Sig Ep- Just moved on to frat row, really nice brothers, one of the most involved on campus, does everything a frat is supposed to do
11. Lamda Chi- decent house, nice brothers
12. Sigma Nu- really nice guys that are respectful. Won #1 frat on campus
13. Pi kapp- one of the better brotherhoods. Just moved into a house so they will be on the rise
14. AGR- a good culture around them. They are themselves and don’t care what anyone else thinks and have a close brotherhood
