sorority ranks in different categories

We all know who ranks in “looks”. What are everyone’s thoughts in terms of: sisterhood, involvement, and best relations with the campus/fraternities?
People seem to think that looks are everything but what about those categories that actually keep girls from dropping? Phi and Chi O may have some beautiful girls, but word goes around and we all know that Phi had 15+ senior girls drop and several Chi O spring 18’s drop from hazing/older girls bullying the newer girls.
Respectful discussions please!

It’s about what the PNM is personally looking for.
People can only talk about their own sorority because at the end of the day by word of mouth every detail changes.
I you feel comfortable in a house, that is where should go. Girls drop in EVERY chapter due to different circumstances such as price and unhappiness.
It’s a mutual recruitment process there are no logistics that go into it other than what you want.
What keeps girls from dropping? Satisfaction. You have to be willing to put in effort to get something out of it. You get what you put in.
PNMS!!!! Go where you feel comfortable. Ignore this website and be happy. Tiers change constantly and in 2 years your middle tier can move to top or bottom and that WILL NOT MATTER. 10 years from now you should look forward to friendships and happy memories. NOT TIERS.
