Top tier- Phi sig-Good parties some suspect brothers but they’re mostly chill definitely a top frat, Pike-Best house and fun brothers, Theta Chi- New big house, a lot of brothers that love to thrown down and party, great socials, Sig chi- cliquey inside of their own frat which is weird but pretty good parties and good socials, popular with sororities
Middle-sig ep, Sae, sig nu, SAMMY,
Low-AGR, Fiji, Lamda Chi and everyone else

In what world are sigma nu, SAE, and Sammy considered middle tier? Even lambda chi at least gets involved around campus.

Top:
Phi sig- always good
Pike- even though they can't rush
Sigma Chi- hot tub
Middle:
Theta Chi- getting TKEs old house, great brotherhood as well
Phi Psi- lots of potential to be a top with a great house
Alpha Sig- party a ton, but theyre on probation next year
Phi Delt- getting Theta Chi's old house, good guys
Sig Ep- great house, fun brothers
SAE- they live in a post office, but their pledge class last semester was good.
Bottom:
Lambda Chi- no house
Fiji- quiet lately
Sammy- it's Sammy
Sigma Nu- relatively dormant
AGR- good guys but don't party much
