aoii & piphi
by: QuestionHow come AOII is doing recruitment again and Pi Phi is not? I’m confused I thought aoii is better than Pi Phi? Looks like we were all wrong.

Basically, if your chapter isn't "at capacity" you can pretty much do a COB (continuous ongoing bidding) situation after bid day. So any chapter that has room to offer girls after formal recruitment can give out bids still. With as many girls as went through recruitment this year, many chapters went over quota and don't have room to give out other bids. Just because these chapters didn't do so, doesn't mean they aren't "doing well." They're still great ladies that are sadly facing a stigma of being "bottom tier" on this campus. This is a great opportunity for girls who dropped out of recruitment or didn't go through to join the greek community! Not necessarily a bad thing.

We can’t control who graduates and COB is not a bad thing. Some sororities just need to meet numbers by national pan standards at WVU and or by their national chapter board. People dropping are another reason yet not everyone will be able to meet a quota when the number of people graduating is high.
