sororities

by: Mytake

As a pnm someone referred me to this site. I have read through several threads here... probably a big mistake. I was so excited for recruitment and to be a part of a Greek life but is this site what people are like in Greek life? I thought I would be joining an inclusive, fulfilling, philanthropic community but instead it seems like it’s a beauty/popularity/mean girl organization. I loved 3 houses I visited during recruitment... one being what some here have decided is the “bottom”. I’m really on the fence now about dropping out of recruitment because of the hateful and judgemental comments on this site.

Some sorority girls are immature and catty and think this is life and some really don’t give a crap to go on this site. If I were you I would wake up and see that not everyone is the same. If you think every girl posts on this site then you’re being judgemental. If this stuff gets to you then you should go to church and join a group.

If you think you want to experience Greek Life, and I highly recommend it, don’t let this website make your decision. Go where you feel a connection, make an effort to get to know people once you pledge and have fun!!

Go where you’re happy. Ignore the Too and Botton and see what connects best with you.

Many houses offer continuous open bidding after! keep an eye out I'm sure at least one of the three houses you liked will have COB! You also do not have to accept a bid if you get one just go and feel it out!
