who is better lambda chi or phi delt?

I’m a freshman looking to rush in the spring, I’ve heard phi sig, pike, and theta chi are all bottom tier. I heard phi delt, fiji, and lambda chi and aepi are the 4th top tier chapters? Which should I rush?

Phi sig, pike, and Theta chi are top tier. The others are bottom tier. Lambda chi is only bottom tier because of their new status.
