Incoming freshmen fall 2018, looking for housing. Out of state pretty far and can't come down to see it myself, I've looked around online, but want a better opinion.

Whats some of the best places for some decent housing?
What kinda rates you get?

I plan to be heavily invested in Greek life, looking for a place that's nice.

You can't have an house/apt until you are a sophomore so dorm your first year. A lot of the places near campus can be expensive yet 400-500 a month with everything included is possible. I'd lean towards 500-600 for a lot if sharing with at least one person. Nicest dorm is probably between Seneca hall, stalnaker, or Oakland. Seneca hall has a kitchen yet fills up really fast. Honors people are highly suggested to stay in Lincoln or honors hall. Rates for dorm are online.
