fraternity descriptions

I came to this school and was expecting the fraternities to be a little different then they are... I went to Phi Sig which is supposedly the best on campus. When I got there I noticed all the chains and gold watches and rappers and the "culture". My question is how can a schools top fraternity be a bunch of white dudes acting black? Also is there any top frat who is not as into that style of life? If so who

Yeah I'm not in Greek life but have a ton of friends that are. I'd say go Pike, Phi psi, sigma chi
