which frats haze the least?

Hazing isn't nearly as bad as it use to be. Phi Psi(got in trouble), Sigma Chi (in trouble), Kappa Sig (gone) and Pi Kapp (Gone) were all the worst. Times are different. I assume that any top fraternity is pretty hard, but compared to what I saw in the past from the fraternities listed above you'll be fine.

When a young man joins Sigma Phi Epsilon, he discovers something unique. Through the Balanced Man Program (BMP) chapter, he immediately becomes a brother. The BMP eliminates pledging from the chapter experience, and puts an emphasis on continued development throughout college and beyond.
