by: Top 5 fraternities
1. Phi Sig- a-holes, but basically everyone in Greek life would agree they're top house
2. Sig Ep- the boys of high street, they killed it last year in every aspect.
3. Pike- similar to Phi Sigs but a little more on the soft side, their house next year will be a game changer
4. Sigma Chi- have a lot of preppy guys, got in trouble the last year but will be better next year
5. Theta Chi- I don't even know any of them but girls like them

Real top 5 (Only Relavent)
Phi Sig- Brothers love to fight but they throw wild parties consistently easily top house
Pike- Whole bunch of random kids who like to party, sororities love them and that new house will put them in competition for top house.
Theta Chi- Don't know really much about them other then they have a pretty big backyard and girls seem to like them
Sigma Chi- Brothers are preppy and girls like them, they like to think they're better then they are
(TKE should be here)
KA- Never really been here either, but they're defiantly on the rise have a huge garage and girls love their house

Switch Sigma chi and KA. Some girls like FIJI but it doesn't stop them from being mediocre. L
