new/newly housed fraternity rankings

1. Sigma Nu- Rep for being dorky. But, EASILY most well-known and involved of this list. If they work on creating a more favorable rep on campus (whether it should matter or not, it does and that's just how it is), they could evolve into an upper tier fraternity soon.
2. Sig Ep- Some dorks but seemingly involved. A little worse than sig nu in both categories. Ceiling for success is the highest on this list because of the house (Even you alpha sig, phi delt, and phi psi. Not even close). Phi Sig is the only house with an argument over this one.
3. Sammy- Sig Ep and Sig Nu get a rep for weirdos, but that's a much less crippling social reputation than the Sammy reputation for having creepers. Not a very promising group but managed to snag a new house (a POWER move on this campus) so who knows?
4. Alpha Sig- Reputation for weirdos without a rep for involvement. Much heavier than that of Sig Ep or Sig Nu. Never really heard of much from them above all but they were a popular choice among freshman so maybe the next generation could change things. Hard to be irrelevant long with letters in that location.
5. Phi Delt- Apparently have been an unhoused frat for years before this year lol. Who knew? Swear they had to TRY being still so irrelevant after a year of that house. I've heard of both weirdos and cool guys, though idk how credible either of those are. Have heard good rumors about new class but hard to rank so theyre here until there's any reason to think otherwise

SIGMA PHI EPSILON NATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Alcohol Free Housing:
Staff will work to compile an Alcohol Free Housing Task Force to research how this change would impact membership and insurance premiums, and how to potentially and effectively roll out, communicate and enforce such a change. Directors noted that substance-free housing should be included in the expansion model for chartering chapters and new housing, and that a need for alumni involvement is crucial. Undergraduates will be included in the decision making and task force make up.
Foundation President Hammond will report outcomes of the commission report, staff will speak with legal counsel on insurance incentives, programming at upcoming Carlson Leadership Academy meetings will include round table discussions on substance-free housing and preliminary ground work will be set with the Alcohol Free Task Force before the Board reconvenes this spring.
