by: Omega

Tired of reading about the frats everyone knows. Can't find a lot of info on 5 specific frats that all relatively recently got houses: sigma nu, Sig Ep, Sammy, phi delt, alpha Sig, no order. What do you guys know about them? Who is even in these frats

I'm not the type to talk bad about other fraternities so here's my thoughts.

1) Sig Ep - Took Beta's house, not sure how long they have it. They're decent, girls seem to like them.

2) Alpha Sig - Honestly don't know too much about them but I hear they don't utilize their house to its full potential. They still see a decent amount of girls at their parties.

3) Sigma Nu - Came back in 2012 after getting kicked off and have come a long way. House is alright and they have pretty good relations with most sororities.

4) Sammy - By far have the best house and parties out of these frats. Some of them can be weird but most are chill dudes and they have a lot of fun.

5) Phi Delt - Great house, poor parties. Need to work on that but I heard they did get a great pledge class so they should be on the rise.

If I had to rank them honestly I'd say:

1) Sammy - Middle
2) Sig Nu - Middle
3) Sig Ep - Middle
4) Alpha Sig - Bottom
5) Phi Delt - Bottom

Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity
Meeting of the National Board of Directors : April 8 and 9, 2016

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
