So who's gonna get kicked off by the end of the semester? I'm just curious because I want to rush next semester but I don't want to make friends or start to know guys of an underground frat

sammy is taking pikes house next year and pike will be homeless until their "new" house will be built in the next 2-3 years if that. sig ep won't lose their house until beta comes back which won't happen for a couples years.

Sigma Chi will probably be gone, Phi Sig will thrive as long as their alumni keep paying the hush money to keep them on campus. Dirty laundry never gets out when you have enough money to tell people to shut up.
