Replying in response to another post that pretty much said the same thing.
Phi and Kappa have put so much emphasis on getting girls who look good and nothing else that it has hurt their sisterhoods badly...Phi especially.
Those girls have pledged other houses, where they probably felt much more at home. The other houses, Xi, DG, ChiO, AOPi, SK are a now a mix. PiPhi got some strong girls too.
Bad for Phi and Kappa but good for everybody else.

True...the emphasis on looks has really hurt Kappa and Phi especially (cut sisters younger sisters really???) top girls have gone elsewhere and you can see it in the pledge classes this spring.
Don't want to see any house struggle but like the mix in the other houses!! Go Xi, DG, SK, AOPi, ChO! Hang tight PiPhi!!
