They're not bad but not a top tier house. Top houses would be Phi Sig, Sigma Chi, Theta Chi and Pike. KA is second tier along with SAE. If you wanna rush to be in a cool looking house, KA has the facility. They also have tons of xanax

You can say that about most these "top tied" or "mid tier" frats. It's not a reason not to rush a place where you like their vibe and feel you fit
