opinions on these frats

Just rush all of them and see what you like rather than listen to people on this site that know equally as little as you do about them

SAE is wack here, there the typical friend zone frat. Phi Sig fucccks up every semester, always in trouble. I'd go pike if I were u

SAE- pretty fratty but get the imagine often of being friend zoned. Pike and Phi Sig are similar in the aspects that they have a more diverse group of brothers. Phi Sig probably has the nicest house and the reputation from most as being the best but Pike never gets in trouble as much as they do. I would just rush everywhere and see where you fit in.

They've been getting the house at the top of the hill back for 5 years now.

They are building it, walk up the hill

Pike is one of the best frats on campus and have a lot of cool brothers. Diverse group, most are athletic and nice and some are kind of weird. They always give out a lot of bids to fill their house and get money for their supposed new house. Well liked by sororities and have decent parties and fun socials. Their current house isn't the best but could be a lot worse. They own the abandoned house on top of the hill, but they have been saying their getting it back for years now. So can't really take their word for it but if they do fix it that would be awesome.
SAE is ok, used to be a lot better a couple years ago when they had a house on frat row. Sororities like them but most of them are just friends with them. They are the nice boy preppy frat similar to sigma chi but not as good in my opinion. Their house is really bad and don't party that much. They are definitely not the worse frat on campus by any means. I would say in the middle behind TKE or tied with.
Phi Sig is probably the best frat on campus and have the most diverse group of brothers who are really cool. Sororities really like them and always have fun parties. Really nice house, biggest party room with tons of lasers,fog machines,laser boards etc.The university doesn't really like them because they always seem to push the boundaries. Oldest frat on campus, always remain in control and have recruited a lot of smart kids the last couple years. Used to have the worst gpa, have changed a lot for the better.
