Sig Ep is staying at the beta house 1 more year due to low numbers and the fact they can't even fill their own house(Gaskins). Rumor has it Sammy is taking the Gaskins house bc they have the numbers to fill it. Apparently the landlord doesn't want to PIKE to resign there so they may be homeless until that crap shack gets renovated. Major moves are being made gents.

Great to have them back on Campus! They are not being held responsible for the actions of the old SigEp chapter that went bad, and will get their house back soon!!
