tell me about these two

Theta chi is pretty cool and they have a solid brotherhood. They have decent number of socials and good relations with sororities. Their house is ass though. Basically a trailer.

Pike has a strong brotherhood and a good mix of guys from all over. They'll be living in the OG house starting next fall so that might be something to look into. They're also a very social frat and chill with pretty much all the sororities on campus.

I'd go pike if I was rushing. But check them both out during rush week and you'll get a feel for which one is better for you.

Pike is getting the house if that sways you're decision. It probably should, but these fraternities have a good friendship between them they do alotta combined social events
