Phi Psi most likely but it will be a little while longer for Beta in my opinion. I think they eventually will get their houses back (as DTD did for the short while they were back lolz)

No one really knows for sure. But they have to rebuild, will be a couple year process.

Beta is not coming back until Fall 18. Phi psi Fall 17 but i heard from some people maybe Spring 17
