But switch tke and theta chi, and lambda chi and phi delt (they both suck but phi delt at least has a house.

Yeah sigma chi is not looking great recently. I heard with all the new rules and what their alumni have been doing to them that a lot of the older brothers are leaving. I know a few personally that have left. At this point all the older brothers won't be a part of it anymore which is a shame.
