With fraternities coming back and changing houses and new rules for fraternities this year this list will change a lot. It's going to come down to who can party the most without getting in any trouble. Especially for a place like phi delt who now is in DTDs old house. AGR is a real niche and country fraternity I don't think anyone has any problems with them though they're just different. Lambda chi doesn't have a house. I've never met an aepi. switch theta chi and tke. As of right now is say this is pretty accurate but I think it'll change a lot this year.
