who has the best house?

DTD now Phi Delt: Never been inside...
KA: Super nice, use the parking garage for parties sometimes, nice porch, side by side lofted beds probably gets a little weird
Phi Sig: Don't know about rooming situation, but everyone knows about their party roon, best one on campus
TKE: Nice party room on bottom story, but literally a giant trailer on top
Sig Chi: like a traditional house, basement party room is dope but not huge
Pike: Sig Ep owns it. Needs renovation, not a bad setup, used to be a dorm if that gives you a better idea. Supposedly breaking ground on their new house this year (rumor every year since their OG house was condemned)

Theta Chi: If it wasn't for the letters, you'd think it was just another Motown house. Small party room with decent backyard, they do a good job filling it up though. Not sure about the rooms, but there can't be that many.
Alpha Sig: Nice house, not many rooms, big party room and great view, too bad they never use it
FIJI: Nice balcony and backyard parking lot for outdoor parties, rooms are dorm like but I think they're mostly if not all singles.
Sig Ep: Betas house. Old but nice, decent rooms, smaller party room with decent porch. Word on the street, Betas back Fall 2017 so SigEp will probably move back to their house on High next year

Sammy:Big House, small rooms, arguably best backyard and view in Morgantown
