There's isn't always a place. Small groups of people go to different places every year besides anyone who goes home or stays in town. Greek life people usually head some beachy with lots of great alcoholic drinks. Not usually a big hype to go anywhere if so then in very small groups.

2015 was PCB, last year was the college party cruise. Frats mostly all go together and the sororities base on who's all going together from where they go. So far I heard Cancun is definitely the move!!
