Y'all clearly ain't in Greek life. SigEp owns Pike's house. Sigep was kicked off from 2003-2013 when pike moved houses and leased it out to them. Once Pike's house is renovated they will be back there and SigEp will be in their house on frat row and we will be back in the Beta house. Get your facts straight.

Pike will never renovate that house. They don't have enough money and they haven't even started renovating it yet. Maybe in 10 years and that's being generous. So when beta is back in a couple years and kick out sig ep. Then sig ep will kick out Pike and pike will be houseless and irrelevant at wvu.

Phi Sig doesn't need to throw down with other frats. They already have so many girls at their parties, to the point where some leave bc there's so many. So why would they ask some random frat to come to their party? lmao, and No GDI guys is good. They don't want to be like Sammy.
