nick jonas/james franco movie based off wvu phi si

People all around Morgantown are saying that the new movie with James Franco called "Goat" is based off of the Phi Sigma Kappa chapter here at WVU. The fraternity in the movie is also Phi Sig but not the same exact fraternity. I saw the news interviewing people on high street asking about it.
