1st spot: Alpha Phi/Kappa and Phi Sig
2nd spot: Chi O and Pike/Sigma Chi

Phi and Kappa girls can be super mean. They may be the most "popular" but not the best. As far as Phi Sig goes, they' would be number one, no dispute, even though kids in Sigma Nu and SAE will try to say otherwise. Sigma Chi and Pike are about even but more people would probably say Sigma Chi is a little better than Pike

If your talking about actual houses then going through recruitment my favorite houses were the kappa and delta gamma houses and my least favorite was the ChiO house. Frat wise I'd say Sammy PhiSig and Pike have the best houses.
