top 5 fraternities

1. Phi Sig- craziest fraternity with wild parties, hottest guys, worst hazing, ridiculously nice house. All the attributes of a top fraternity. Girls love them. Diverse group but a lot of northern guys.
2. pike- nice, well rounded guys but their house is avaerage. Have the most socials and a good rep. Diverse group but mainly athletic.
3. sigma chi- great fraternity but still hurting with nationals from where they've been in trouble. Hard hazing. Good parties, really nice brothers. Southern frat.
4. TKE- worst GPA on campus but throw occasional bangers which attract hot girls. Jersey-kind of brothers. Above average hazing.
5. Theta Chi- nice brothers who have good parties, awful house. Good sorority relations and you can't say much bad about them.
5 (tied). SAE- most well rounded house with nice guys but they almost act like sorority girls. Tons of girls love them but they get the "friend zone" rep at times. Have the most socials with Pike
