is phi sig overrated?

People always talk about Phi Sig but the truth it, I've never even seen a Phi Sig or anyone any guy on campus wearing Phi Sig letters. I don't even think their members really exist and I'm pretty sure their house is abandon. A myth? A legend? A tale? How can they be an active fraternity if there are no Phi Sigs? Girls talk about going to their parties but are these guys just legends who don't even exist?

I've been their parties. A little more on the low key side since they don't exactly want just anyone crashing in from time to time. I've been to socials with them too. They do exist but I do understand about the letters thing. I don't know why about the letters to be honest.
