rankings for all the relevant frats

Phi Sig- although they are probably the best fraternity, they treat almost all the other fraternities as downtrodden members of society. Easily have the worst hazing, but most popular with girls and have insane parties. Their party room/house is ridiculously nice on the inside. Had one of the lowest GPAs in the past but their last pledge class brought it up to the middle.

Sigma Chi- people say Pike is number two but it is definitely EX. Have one of the older fraternities. Small house but very nice. Overall, their sorority relations with girls are really good. Crazy parties and 2nd to worst hazing with Phar Sig. Most of the guys are the stereotypical fraternity guy with the preppy style but they can pull it off. Killer frat and middle of the road grades.

Pike- probably the most well rounded fraternity out of the big three (with sigma chi and phi sig). Super popular with the girls but some of the brothers come off as the friend zone guys. Their house itself isn't that nice but they always say they're getting the big house back (for the past few years they've said that). Avaerage hazing. The brothers are half preppy, half athletic. Have the most socials although they might not be big parties

TKE- some kids (Sigma Nus and SAEs) will try to say like they're not a top house, but they're easily #4 or #5. This is the fraternity where the majority of jersey kids go now that Kappa Sig is gone. Hazing is third worst behind sigma chi. TKE doesn't do much on campus but they do tend to have big parties with a lot of girls. Their party room is massive but it's basically just a big empty room with no character. The brothers are usually the most ill-dressed men on campus.

SAE- highest GPA besides Sigma Nu I think (but who even cares about sigma Nu). Girls love these guys but that could be because they act like a sorority. Most of the guys who aren't cool enough for Sigma Chi end up in SAE to be honest. Hazing below average, house is super small and looks like a post office, but they always have socials and date parties so I will give them that.

As far as the other fraternities go, I'm too lazy to write about them
