They r middle tier here but they have come a long way and have been getting better every year. They don't have the biggest house or best location but their yard is great for pregames. ID check them out

They're middle tier. Not the best and not the worst, I've heard they're improving though

Sigma Nu here is definitely not top tier but they are no where near bottoms tier either. There best relations are with Xi and chi o. They are known for their wine Wednesday's.
