Those won't be for a while especially kappa sigma coz of Nolan burch

pretty sure most of them are underground rushing kids not that it matters too much because Beta and Phi Psi both come back next year. I don't think they get their houses back for 2 years though

Kappa Sigma - Permanent expulsion from West Virginia University's campus

Phi Psi and Beta have been on West Virginia's campus for over 60-70 years and they both own their houses. With great alumni support they'll definitely be back on West Virginia's campus when they're allowed to be.

It will look like Delta Tau Delta. They'll have elites come and sign up guys and try to form a new colony. This colony will have to re-charter. Once re-chartered or enough guys in the chapter, they'll get their houses back.

Pi Kappa Phi never owned the house SAE currently has. It was a sorority house all throughout the 1970s and 1980s, so if they come back on campus, I have no idea what they'll do.
