I think this is unwarranted and a false perspective on the sorority - if you just joined and dropped because of what you saw only after a few weeks, that is sad. kappa has given me more than I could ever have imagined and I promise I felt the way you did when I first started, almost everyone does and it is because you are stepping into a tight knit group that have known each other for a while so their friendships and what not have already had time to establish. I firmly believe you did not give kappa a fair chance and I encourage you, whoever you are, to go through recruitment next year and give whatecer house you join a fair chance. get your big and see how you feel then.

My roommate is a KKG and from what she says, it is really something that people have no idea about. everyone in KKG truly are so different from one another. They build each other up and actually go out of their way to do things for each other and exemplify a real friendship/sisterhood. KKG however is so strict and would benefit even just a little by relaxing with the rules but it is not something you'll ever see them do. They truly do hold themselves from a higher standard.

Upon being in this sorority i noticed things that made me drop... i saw the bad sisterhood and i felt unwelcomed, no one actually likes each other and there so so many clicks. You have to be apart of a certain clicks to be liked leaving the outsiders who are actually the most genuine girls in that sorority. I made a decision to drop because i feel like i will be happier elsewhere. This sorority is fine, but no for all, they were rude to each other and fought over big and Little’s. I have never seen so much hate between sisters i hope they fix that.. i was told Kappa was at the top and slowly coming down i didn’t believe it till i saw it for myself. Kappa is going down and fast. Not all Kappa is rich or blonde or “IG models” but some (VERY FEW) are genuine girls in there they are just hard to find... i wish i would have met those people instead... good luck to those in it wishing you the best
