The girls they kicked out built the sorority, so how were they toxic? They kicked out more than half of the sisters, and the ones left don't know anything about how to have a good recruitment.

Thirty something is not half the chapter and when you are warned time and again NOT to have a date party until your chapter is off moritourium but you think you are above all that it's time to clean house. The behavior of the girls who were booted after the fact says it all about the lack of class of that group. And, if Xi can't recruit any more girls of the caliber of those who were asked to leave all the better for those sisters that are left.

Unless you are apart of the chapter then you don't know anything. And if you were apart of it, you should have respect for the older girls that got you into the top tier sorority it was before all the good girls were kicked out. Lack of class? You must not have known any of them. Please make sure that you reevaluate and watch what you say on the internet. Thank you

Trying to rebuild and improve their image and sisterhood. Keep it up ladies - change is hard especially since they are trying to rebuild, especiallyafter taking a large pledge class that isn't typically your AXD mix but the end result will be amazing.

Fell off. Used to be the best sorority on campus, now is just filled with sloppy girls, all entirely from jersey and long island. in trouble constantly too. only fraternity they hang out with is pi kapp.

So Xi should have kept these toxic girls because they were hot? The continued negative actions of this group were bringing this group down. They still have solid numbers and solid sisters. A good recruitment and they will be fine. Lots on this website had DG sinking after their drama two years ago and they are doing fine.
