Not bottom tier I don't know why anyone would even try to say that... Might not be 'best' sorority but its for sure up there no doubt

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at West Virginia University - WVU 3.0 overall, sweet and fun girls. But I never see them out socializing, only walking around campus. Not well known around campus enough to be a top sorority but definitely not bottom.
