They either have the other members stay home or in the basement. Also, only the recruitment chair and president vote on new members. Literally no members have a say so of who even gets in unlike every other sorority on campus. Yikes

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at West Virginia University - WVU 4.7 I've met a few Phi's and they were all really nice. I have heard about their reputation and I don't believe it at all. They do have a lot of cliques though :/

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at West Virginia University - WVU 3.2 really nice girls, but during rushing made me feel like i was not as "cool" as them. but really nice over all. tip for rushing next sem : dont give sob stories on how alpha phi "saved you", i understand how joining a sorority makes a large school feel smaller, but it was honestly uncomfortable.
