Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 2.6 These kids are just a bunch of rich douche-bags. They attempt to throw parties and there mediocre at best. Defiantly not top-tier, this is a good frat down south but definatly not at WVU. Rarely throw parties and when they do they are average at best. These "gentlemen" look like they are still in high school.
