You all have more pledges than brothers and your whole fraternity is just abunch of sophomores. Spend more time trying to improve your chapter than bashing every one else's.

Who cares All the fraternities are different, and those two are polar opposites of each other based on the type of members. I believe sigma chi alums owns property rights on their house which is why they're a decent house, a lot of fraternities do not own house, current guys running it must just not care
