Talked to a few brothers and they have a possible 1 year extension after next year. They are looking in to buying a house or building one some where close to frat row.

Sigma Alpha Mu - ΣΑΜ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.4 They're on the rise now with Sammy Saturdays and sororities seem to like them. Great guys stay out of trouble and don't cause drama. They have an awesome house and rumor is they extended their lease and might get their own house after. Keep up the good work.
