Actually dress nice, have involvement with the community and represent what a southern fraternity should be like.

Most are great guys! They are one of the few Fraternities helping to get rid of WVU stigmas. Not sure what they are going to do once their lease is up on 270 N. High St and the many hits there nationals have taken over the past few years who are struggling. Which is why they have disbanded their pledging process. I'm sure they will find a way to continue their success. They seem pretty resilant for being a new Fraternity on campus.

These guys are cool...they are very noticeable because they're house is one of the first ones you'd see...speaking of the house---DTD was all saying that they got it back, but I heard a rumor that SAE just bought it right off of them...so I don't know what to make of all that

SAE's lease with the University/Student Organizations was for an exclusive 4 year term. Regardless if DTD moves into the house or not, SAE will have to leave. That issue is less of a problem with the opening of both Beta and Kappa Sigma Houses. More than likely DTD will be moving into 270 High St. unless something tragic happens. It has already been approved by the University financial, legal, property departments. I'm more curious to know about the renovations that will be happening and if they will purchase the lot behind house on Spruce St. to create more parking and extend the house into the current parking lot.

The SAE's have already signed their leases for next year. Apparently DTD's numbers have been dropping and they're lacking organization.

Legit Fraternity. One of the few houses doing it right. However, we'll see if losing their house has any effect on that. I'm sure they'll be first in line to get a house
