Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 5.0 PIKE has its downs but I can't think of another Fraternity that deserves to be in the Top 5 amongst PhiSig and Sig Chi. Certainly not Sig Nu or Theta Chi. The rest can fight over the remaining two spots...its practically a wash between those who have houses on Frat Row and SAE.
