If you're all for being conservative, treating girls like animals, acting like you're the hottest thing around campus, then rush here. They are very popular though, but everyone knows they are complete tools...

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 3.8 Say what you want about these boys but there's no denying that they are one of the best fraternities on campus. They have the best house, the best parties, the hottest guys...sorority girls love them! They know they're on top and don't waste their time self ranking like other frats.
