Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.4 They may have lost their house a few years a go, but this new group of guys in phi delta theta really seem to be taking their frat to the top. Not only do they throw down and have some awesome parties, their brothers are always really cool and fun to be around!
