Phi Sigma Phi - ΦΣΦ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 3.7 they’re all pretty nice guys, haven’t met one i don’t like. imo they are the best frat on campus, simply because i don’t feel like i’ll be harmed in any way around them. parties aren’t crazy, but they’re fun. just an all around pretty good frat
